Enerplus Corporation is a Canada-based independent oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company is focused on the development of North American oil and natural gas assets. Its portfolio includes light oil assets in the Bakken, North Dakota, and a position in the Marcellus natural gas shale region in northeast Pennsylvania. The Company's operations are concentrated in the core of the Bakken/Three Forks light oil shale play where it holds approximately 235,600 net acres in North Dakota. The acreage is primarily located across the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, as well as in Williams and Dunn Counties. It holds an interest in approximately 32,500 net acres in the dry gas window of the Marcellus shale in northeast Pennsylvania. Fantastic Quarter

Fantastic QuarterEnerplus adjusted funds flow was $22.52 a boe or the best number in their presentation. 

  1. FCF per share of $1.13 
  2. FCF after maintenance Capex 78 cents a share 
  3. Announced 200 million dollar share buyback.
  4. Expect to meet debt objectives in Q4, instead of Q2 2022.
  5. Marcellous gas .45 cent discount to Nymex gas prices. 

Q4 2221
  • Q4 Nymex price $1.50 U.S. higher to date
  • WTI price above 80 U.S. boe in 4th quarter
  • Increase of Dividend of 8%
  • Production Guidance for Q4 124,400 to 128,000 boe
  • November/December high gas hedges as old hedges roll

Really could not of expect much better of a quarter. 

Decline rate in the 20% range, really good.
