Great observation Strads. . I should have dug further. I was so disappointed to see that line in the insiders report after being so happy with Tim's purchase weeks before. Thanks for the clarification.
And yes, we should all be patient until Dec 31. Then we revolt. Or Jan 31? Or maybe March 31?  Well the General Meeting anyway.  Get your voting pencils sharpened up.
