Yes, It is hard to see all other lithium stocks are up big time, such as LAC, while we are tied to a piece of rock, floating around until the votting time or deal close.

Although NLC has much more value if we have 40k/year production, then jump to 80k/year.  There are fewer miners bigger than Zijing (I see Rio Tinto is more likely one). I feel the chance of a 2nd offer is very low, and will keep my hope on.

Also I don't think CATL will drop its bid for ML, LAC's bid is only about 40% NAV, and they will come back for ML. We will see within the next 7 to 10 days.
