Rifco acquisition

Rifco acquisition

note that management said in release that Rifco acquisition will be funded by balance sheet rather than issuing equity.

I like this .  too many executives in the public markets are free and loose with issuing equity.  in many cases, this is value destroying.  so far, chw new execs have been clear in their thoughts about the equity - that it is undervalued and should be treated as such , hence insider buying, buybacks and discipline to not issue much stock (10 percent dilution associated with vault deal but most of that has been offset by buybacks).

If chw execs can maintain this discipline and avoid the temptation of sizeable dilution for the next golden chalice and instead continue to methodically improve/grow  the business sustainably , the implication for earnings /dividends growth on a relatively stable share count will be lucrative for shareholders imo.   at some point , equity will maybe need to be issued but hope manangemrtn turns down inevitable bought deal requests when not related to strategic acquisitons...
