It will be the Control Trust not the Supreme Court that

It will be the Control Trust not the Supreme Court thatwill determine what happens to Edward, management and other board members when all said and done.  

A requirement for  "vote" is just a formality.....The Control Trust has control.     

All just my opinion/view/thinking.
