Questions

QuestionsAnd who will finance the project? Assumption of large debt is involved. Risk of interest rates going up. Hedging interest rates could save the day, but still.

Will the Haida want to be part owners? These questions were asked back in 2010 and still are  relevant today.

If the project expands to 2GW in the coming years, cost $3-4 billion? Northland already has $6 billion in debt on their books. Yet they continue to expand faster than paying down the debt. Eventually need others to share the risk and free up cash flow for operations.

Into the future I envision floating turbines off the west coast when they become economically feasible. Maybe 20 -30 km out. But for now, fixed foundations.
