RE:Tetra Bio-Pharma Cancels $10 Million ATM FinancingThey canceled because scammer Chamberland makes announcements to pump even if it doesn't pump much and than cancels his lies as he doesn't have choice as the deals never existed in first place.  I just came by after years I have sold Tetra, was curious to see if it still exist.  Anyone reading this must get out of this scamming flop.
