In addition, Vale has distribution centers to support the delivery of iron ore worldwide. Vale has numerous subsidiaries, including Vale Logistica Uruguay SA, Vale Holdings BV, Vale Overseas Ltd. The Company’s operations abroad cover approximately 30 countries.

A 22% yield is all the evidence a person needs to know that owning these shares comes with significant risk.
$7 billion payout to victims of the latest dam collapse and now rumor's of other dams that are potential accidents waiting to happen.
They need to cut the DIV by 75% to not only pay for damages but also to shore up the many earthen dams they have that are potential disasters if they are not strengthened.
