Huge disappointment........

Huge disappointment........this stock has turned out to be. I realize the sector is out of flavour but still the stock price flounders around going sideways and then eventually down. Is the problem mgt.? Are they incompetent? Are their hands tied or are they to busy sitting on their hands.
