Warrants vs. Shares - at this point?

Hi All - been trying to learn more about ABAXX as far as what their vision / long term mission is. However from a capital deployment perspective - would it be better to grab warrants now?

I remmeber seeing something about the 'Base Carbon' structure and dividends if one doesnt excercise the warrants
