Woodlands meeting Nov 10.The City web site has the agenda posted. They are going thru with the meeting Nov 10 at 7 pm.
Over at the Court House, there is a hearing at 8.30 am the same day for an emergency injunction.
We shall see which rules.
The City appears to have once again changed direction, saying that part of the meeting will be quasi judicial. This was one of the main complaints of 13th Floor in their court filings.
Not sure if this is another tactic.
What's at stake? 395 home lots. This is valuable, but not really high. I doubt if it is a $1 a share.
