Are you a "long term" or "short term" investor? ..... short

Are you a "long term" or "short term" investor? ..... short ...........term investor?   Obviously many CRE investors are long term but many (whether they say so or not) are not long term and keep their cards close to their vest.  So take the advise of one of the best analysts in the business, "runaway bull markets go up in 3 spikes, then pull back about 20/30 percent, then the cycle starts again and the cycle may go on and on like this for a long period of time. Who knows what the strategy of the CRE management is?, Let the market digest this pull-back and get ready for the next upward cycle. How saavy is the Management of CRE?  We should know in the not too distant future.  Right now we are invested in a mining sector that appears to be in a raging bull market.

Be prepared for these 20 % pull-backs and live with them.
