Pay down the debt and tell the banks " GFY ". Those same flippers were going to sell today with or without divy news. With or without a pop in the stock price. Let them jump from name to name.

BUT SU didn't give me a 1 year return on share price of 833%
Sure they gave 108% and a divy but that still is not even close to what I got from BTE
I feel like Baytex management has been upfront and spot on with their messaging. They didn't gofor anything splashy with the Q3 numbers except to say that the plan is working extremely well and that they are really putting the company into a position where they aren't just going to survive but thrive.
I suppose if you are on a very short timeline you could be disappointed, but for folks who are there for a longer term this was pretty darn good and the future is pretty darn exciting.
