Earthworks Industries Inc. (the “Company”) wishes to confirm the management of its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, Cortina Integrated Waste Management, Inc. (“CIWM”) – further to its news release dated March 11, 2021.  The Directors and Officers of CIWM are:
