RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Another deal...Hey Sangneuf, can u explain how the warrants work?
Do they need the stock price above $3.90 to act on those warrants and take additional 3.9M in stock? do they expire worthless if the stock doesn't reach $3.90? What are the ramifications if it doesn't reach $3.90 by January? 
They are sitting on a ton of cash 20+M, so I wouls lso tend to think another M&A is on the horizon.
