I would think we could sell it (WILAN) to a big tech player they would avoid litigation for copyright and or could battle it out with other Big Tech. It would inject much welcome cash that could be tevinvested immediately into the IRD - ITS pure play!!! (Cheering)

ITS does not need the headwinds and shade associated with the IP business; QTRH cannot afford the opportunity cost of probable increasing acquisition mutiples while waiting to reach ITS critical mass; QTRH, as a pure play ITS company, will stimulate a re-rating mutiple in line with other public ITS companies - 15x - 20x EBITDA.
