Jonathan purchase insider buy

Jonathan purchase insider buyJust noticed that he bought 1 million shares from the Goodman trust at the end of september.   As he is also a trustee with 3 other Goodman, one could conclude that he bought 750000 net shares.  Lots of reason why the trust wanted to sell some of their non voting shares, but only one reason why the CEO bougth them...

When Dundee did their stock repurchase, this was way overscribed at 1.40 which was the lower range of the offer.   Lots of shareholders, probably long term holders, wanted out.   Once shareholders decide to sell, or tender in this case, typically they will keep on selling until everything is gone.  Wonder if that selling pressure is finally easing.   Would sure be nice if they were doing another dutch tender to take out any left over.
