Not a Win for Edward, it's a Win for Shareholders!!!!Finally some common sense and a little bit of TRUST (pun not intended) put back into our capital market system and justice system.
All toooooo often CEOs and Board Directors of Companies across the market do what they want, and all tooooo often what they do is NOT in the interest of Shareholders but they use the ruse and say "it's in the best interest of the company" to justify their actions.
Finally!!!! Shareholders given the RESPECT and CONTROL that they should have always have.
All just my opinion/view/thinking.
