RE:VolumeYesterday's trading. Late day surge with 18 minutes and on a Friday. I noticed multiple buyers during the day using brokers which were not the usual. National Bank, Virtu ITG Canada, Credential.

Anonymous was selling in the morning which got the stock down to 10 cents. This was where the support was.

But after that was finished, the bids started to rise. Can speculate why, but...

The US Infrastructure Bill was passed yesterday.  Included is $65 billion for new transmission lines and electrical grid upgrade. Can assume that spending will also include US transmission lines upgrades/new to the BC border.

Maybe this affects how BC Hydro looks at windpower for exports in a mix with hydro? Opens the door for a PPA with Northland?

The above is one scenario why the buying. But who knows?
