I don't know what else could spark buying.  An idea, (but I doubt it), is that maybe Oceanic is looking at a share of a windfarm Northland is building or exists somewhere in the world?

Northland stated they wanted to divest small parts of their windfarms to others in order to reduce risk and improve short-term cashflow.

Any company contemplating to join has to borrow anyway. Even a small junior could qualify, as long as the long-term revenue gurantee is in place with end users, money can be borrowed on that guarantee.

Oh well, Will see what next week brings.
