KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

There is a good chance they been in talks ?

Both Aussies are showing their true intentions with deals been made across the pond with energy to run / supply their mining / transport and forcing them to go GREEN or their mining will fad with write off if they don't get with the times ... their customers are forcing them GREEN to help the customers with carbon net zero !!

KWG has a solution of reduction of power in smelting and next to zero foot print in transporting ore

Once Noront out of the picture then talks start !!! Is that the reasoning behind share structure ? Does not matter cause all will enjoy the movement on very positive news with partnerships or a take-out
