RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The ShltShow Coninues!!!! It has to do with whoever is doing the private placement, and who their client is. Now I remember the name Mackie Research Capital and if they were doing the PP, expect a drop when it is closed. The holding period does not count because their client start shorting the stock right the way when the PP is closed.
It this were Palisades, it was even worst, they start shorting the stocks before the PP is closed and once it were closed, the SP may drop a little bit, but it will revive afterwards. This is at least what I have experienced.
I will do a little more reearch to see if this pattern is consistent, or random.
