Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

Hi Stan,

I think this falls under the David vs Goliath situation Verde is in. A quick read of Mosaic's recent earnings call transcript in regards to its Brazilian positioning offers a very helpful  understanding of just what Verde is up against in terms of trying to gain shares and expand sales.
