Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

Honestly, "Not the news I wanted to read after the markets closed today"? The second amendment thanks to you. I guess you are and you should feel proud of yourself after this news release!

Anyone selling on these news must be plain stupid, one week away from what we believe is the best quarter in the history of the company. And then updated PFS, 2.5 mill mining license announcement, this company has a lot coming in the next months.

And the least thing Cristiano should do now is to fire the CFO and get in a proper audit comitee! I don't think well ever see him giving himself the foot.
