RE:RE:oil or no oil

RE:RE:oil or no oilSome foolish posters on this board think because I post something negative I must be short. Other foolish posters think a negative post can munipulate the stock price. I am not short. Only a fool would short this stock for obivous reasons - low volume, high unlimited risk. ... all smart investors would know this. Smart investors would also know that these board don't affect the stock price and a negative post doesn't manipulate anything. These boards only have a limited use for stock distribution.
As I said earlier I have made my money on this stock. My investment decisions include it being a high beta stock, not being too greedy and my investment decision to sell when the opportunity presents itself, well before the results are known.
Other posters have accused me of working out of my parents basement. My parents both died in the 1980's. As far as basements go .... I'm not sure if you might be referring to my own home, my cottage in the Muskokas, or my place in Port St. Lucie Florida (no basement).
I've kept my eye on the stock to see if there might be some information that might make me re-enter. To date I have seen nothing that would make me re-invest. But I'll keep watching.
I remember years ago, when the first well was being drilled and Jamie Caruso was on Market Call Tonight on BNN and said CGX had the highest leverage of any play he had seen in the last 10 years. When the well was a failure the leverage didn't matter and shortly thereafter he changed invested companies.
This stock reminds me of a short story by Jeffery Archer where some illicit stock promoters of a well in the North Sea sold milions of shares (all their shares) to small investers who were to be left pennyless. Much to the promoters surprise (carma) after they had sold out all their shares to the small investors..... they hit oil!
I doubt this story will end as well. But there is always a chance. GLTA
