U stock comparisons

U stock comparisons

A U stock comparison chart I did showing % gains over the last year and the last 3 months.. the numbers are fairly accurate but not precise.

Obviously many other factors need to be taken into account when doing DD on the different Uranium companies but as I see it, at this stage of the bull market, we can gain some added insights by looking at performance comparisons over the last year or so which can help us decide which U stocks we want to hold going forward.

Obviously there is some logic to assume that the ones that have made the most significant gains will continue to be the winners over coming months and years but also the opposite can be true. Clearly there are many factors that either drive certain stocks higher or hold them back and past performance is only one of those factors.

Nevertheless as I see it we are now at a point where certain developers and companies that have mines on standby may be the best ones to hold as we approach a whole new dimension when the spot price is actually high enough to support production and therefor mines that have been on standby for years will be brought online. Also those companies that are sitting on huge deposits can begin the process of permitting, financing and building. Also I’m sure we will see some M and A activity along the way. It'a also worth remembering that uranium mines take 5 to 10 years to build.

And don’t forget the explorers that are drilling in the basin can be huge winners if they hit big grades during a bull run.

So there are many things to consider when deciding which ones to buy / hold / sell or take profits.

All the ones in my list are stocks I currently own or have held at some time previously.

Hope this helps.
