Saker: In a word NO. Management of MGX M is in limbo until we have a AGM. With a new board who is firmly in control, the silica and Mg projects can go forward. No real deals can be done with a lame Duck board.

Next Question. When will we get a AGM? Good Question !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We at the present time are just holding very good assets that can be bought at a very low price. We have no real management.
