The contract runs until 2025 regardless of ownership. Massive financial implication to CGC if they were to break the contract in place. 2025 is a long time to wait to take control of the WANA brand in Canada. Does Tweed really want Indiva to have the rights to the Wana brand in Canada for the next 3+ years? In addition they would also get more high quality flower. The kind that you will not find in a Tweed labelled product.
