RE:RE:Shoddy accountingPedro & ICT, thanks for sharing these important points (my knowledge on the aforementioned exchanges was/is limited at best).

In my experience, board and CEOs tend to treat shareholders differently depending on holdings and holder. It is only natural, I guess. 

Companies big and small all make restatements to correct errors. We shareholders are better off when they do so quickly and effectively (G knows how many went by unnanouced over years past, especially on Wall Street). 

With that sid, it is a great contribution that Stan caught mistakes that had been overlooked by Verde. Stan, if the company didn't thank you, I do: thank you!

As a shareholder with limited time to get into the minutiae of my holdings, I love to be able to lean on and learn from my fellow holders.
