RE:Cxb vs fiore share price

Regardless of the share price of CXB, considering the fact that the acquisition is basically a one for one share swap ( 0.994 : 1 ) plus 10 cents per share in cash, Fiore share price should be trading at a  $0.10 premium to the price of CXB.

I moved just over a  1/3 of my CXB shares into Fiore shares, should give me a $2500  "dividend"  ... theoretically, and will have to buy 150 shares of CXB post acquisition closing to round back up to the original swapped  25,000 shares.

The Go Brandon Go administration continues to yap about sanctions against Nicaragua for the recent election shenanigans, detention of opposition party members, etc .... Sleepy Joe should be the last person to be espousing the virtues of fair and honest elections.

Maricopa County ...... Detroit ..... Philadelphia ..... Atlanta ..... Chicago .....

Just sayin'
