RE:RE:The perceived threat of EVs Received but not fact checked. How many of these countries were represented at COP-26 in Glasgow where Canada had the highest number of delegates?
Japan and China both increasing their coal plants by 50%. Philippines increasing theirs by 300%.
I guess that could be good for Canada's coal exports - unless Ottawa is cutting those off as well.
On this note of what others in the world are doing re GHG's isn't it comforting to know that Mr. Trudeau will do his best to bankrupt us and possibly drastically change our lifestyles for the sake of changing Canada's contribution of 1.6% to GHG's down to 1.5% of GHG's.
Will it even be recognizeable on a world scale? In fact if he was to shut the whole country down completely would it even be recognizeable on a world scale. The only thing that would be recognized would be the strutting around after he puts the feather in his cap!
Hopefully this formats properly.
In 2019, Canada exported 36.5 million tons of coal.

More insanity from the people in charge.......
How many coal-fired power plants are there in the world today?
The EU has 468 - & building 27 more... Total 495,
Turkey has 56 - & building 93 more... Total 149,
South Africa has 79 - & building 24 more... Total 103,
India has 589 - & building 446 more... Total 1035,
Philippines has 19 - & building 60 more... Total 79,
South Korea has 58 - & building 26 more... Total 84,
Japan has 90 - & building 45 more... Total 135,
China has 2,363 - & building 1,171 more.
Total = 3,534.
That’s 5,615 projected coal powered plants in just 8 countries.
The USA has 15 - & building 0 more.. Total = 15. The USA estimates it has only 470 years supply of coal left however this won’t be an issue since they want to shut down those 15 plants in order to "Save” the planet.
Also to meet the Paris Accord Canada will assist with a shut down of our 4 plants.
More hypocritical insanity. …… Canada, increased its sale of coal to China by 21% last year.
