Dill, Who contacted Rosen a month ago to let him know that AMA's website is currently down today? Was it You? What was his response? He told you it's nothing to worry about? Cool story

Free is the only reason why we have this information and your incoherent responses are embarrassing. Sorry but c'mon aha
Also saying your going to dump a "half million" shares if things don't go your way in a few weeks speaks volumes about your great investment knowledge and experience.

Dillinger4, is that all you have for input? When did you discover AMA's website being currently suspended? Why not post that important information yourself? Old news?

Thanks Free, been watching since your original post and also think this is part of the penalty. We may find out next week.

Ignore the illiterate gl

I am unable to get anymore information about the penalty for this minor infraction.... Just wondering if anyone else has received a response from the company as to why and how long AMA website will be down (20 days?) and if this suspension is due to this issue? No need for panic selling here, just trying to stay ahead of any surprises before next report. GLA longs

CCB agent reviewed the requested video surveillance footage and confirmed that the facility had experienced an electronic monitoring systems failure…

There was no system notification for this malfunction.

Sounds harmless and unintentional to me, they were probably unaware of this requirement for all NV cannabis companies and have already fixed the issue immediately after discovering it.

This happened over 9 months ago, if anything they knew what was coming and were prepared, I highly doubt this will have any significant impact on current operations.

Nothing major to worry about just a glitch, they can probably appeal…seems like a money grab by dirty government to me JMO

enjoy the weekend

This is old news.

Rosen was contacted in regard to this a month ago. It is nothing to worry about.

Then you contact him j e r k o f f.
