Maybe a tough pill to swallow Ivanka but I ll bet riding rockets has done pretty well in his real estate ownership in the Hammer. Now the 3rd most expensive place to live in North America behind Vancouver and Toronto and ahead of San Jose and LA. His house is probably 4 or 5 times more than what he bought it for. I know because I have two rentals there also. Who is renting ,y places and buying the properties in Hamilton.....the smart people getting out of Toronto.
