MyHealth and other acquisitions - share payment @ $9.80a reminder that these companies must have had a VERY compelling reason to take shares at $9.80 when WELL wasn't trading anywhere near that level. MyHealth took $94,300,000 in shares at a deemed price of $9.80. that's almost 50% of the $206MM purchase price of the company. they're sitting a ~$29,000,000 paper loss right now (!!!).
there is no doubt in my mind that they know something retail shareholders don't know. nobody sells their business and takes that kind of outsized risk. they won't be left holding the bag.
there is something coming, eventually, which will make this risk worth their while. whether it's the NASDAQ listing, or another transformative acquisition/merger.
