Thanks, my guess of a buck a share is close to your number. I do not know what 13th floor's deal was with Twc. It has been a long time since this started. I would guess they have millions fronted in fees so far.
I think this development application will fail till there is a change in make up of the City Commission.
If they do not get the injunction, they will not likely get approval. Injunction buys time for hopefully a possible indictment of one or more of the Commission members for acting with the former city manager.
This has been alluded to by 13th floors lawyers.
