Good for them. Targets are targets. Hope they get there, as do most on this board. That said, no real history of their past work? No history of prior deals. Also, typcially you need to be a client to get the report YOU are posting. You cant be a client because you did know who they were - as you posted. So where did you get a random report from an unknown euro IB? My sense is they sent it to AD and crew, which is probably where you got it. Smells like a bit of a conflict to me...
