RE:The sky is falling!

RE:The sky is falling! There is a major focus on the board and in general on the Q3 results. My question is - should there be?

The answer is yes if they do not show improvement from Q1 EBITDA of -$6mm and Q2 EBITDA of $-5mm. I would think that there has to be supply chain issues, legacy costs, and costs incurred to rampl in advance for the 30 forthcoming BGX units. In saying that I do expect improvement in Q3 and my guess is EBITDA is between $0 and -$3mm.  If that is the case - and guidance is not too far off or unchanged - I would think we really shouldnt care and would say the focus on Q3 is exagerated.

The real focus is are they progressing toward a very profitable 2022 with material growth based on standardized BGX unit growth and the legacy contracts are now essentially in the past.  If that is the case that investors take from the quarter than the share price goes materially higher.  My bet is on the latter and if not this will be the case shortly.  Munroe, Vounassis, and Levitt aren't here to embarass themselves imo - they are here to make a Canadian leader in climate change. The technology is here as is demand - costs will soon follow.
