RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Fake gainsCabby...I NEVER said that Cheung wasn't able to pay the USPTO fees....only that he needs to do so prior to a 3 month time frame.

My concern is that based on the poorly communicated and adminstered lawsuits involving the USPTO, that Cheung might forget.....or lose track of time...or ignore some obvious requirement (as HIS lawfirms did surrounding a potential appeal of the previous lawsuit).....as absent minded geniuses are prone to do.
