RE:Oil is upSU is down because the bank algo's are in sell mode . If you notice BNN keeps talking about line 5 closure even though the white house has said its not going to decide until after the army corp of engineers have completed their study (2 years) . Oil is up but the fix is in today , welcome to the TSX
