Just wanted to offer up another opinion in regards to this morning's news.

Could this reduction of share overhang have been proposed at the request of a potential suitor/ buyer?  

This type of move is often risky and not often undertaken by a company unless a) they are desperate for cash?  Not the case here.  or B) There is another master plan that requires another share issuance?  We don't know that. 

Anyways, AMK is currently getting a 'free ride' from Treaty Creek and are essentially unencumbered.  IMO, that this was a 'request' in order to reduce a bloated share structure.

Staying Long,  No where else to go.  Would really appreciate other ideas/input behind this move
