Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. the info from NCI is traditionally Shallow !

in 2019 Longyear Bogart drilled a 2000 Foot Drain Well..

apparently hav been working on the problem 4 some time..

the mine is sitting on top of a Sierra Mountian/Drain Aquifer..

state of nevada has written NCI a permitto Well Point the Aquifer for 0.3 miles where the mine is sitting..

the water will B going intoa new water reclamation distrik..  the city of Yerington where the mine is located has been awarded several million dollars to construct the recovery distrik..

Barrik Gold hasconstructed one of these over @ their Phoneix Mine @ Battle Mountian Nevada..

Phoneix was constructed in 2016 and mines 30,000 tpd - runs 20 haul truks.......
