2 answers.Graaspriet. Answer one yes I would take the 22 percent premium and thenbuy  Agnico shares. 

Answer 2 I was talking about Eric Sprott's personal family holdings not an ETF. You and Bucky can dance around this deal as long as you want shareholders know they got stiffed.
