the news release below indicates they issued 8.3MM shares, and not 9.6MM. if the shares were down from the $9.80 deemed price, I would have thought MyHealth would receive more shares then?
maybe I didn't understand the adjustment based on the VWAP of the price pre-signing and pre-closing of the deal.
can you walk me through the math?
