RE:Mr. Veloso has moved to the UK?@15Stanmore I must admit I don't see this as a big a problem as others and for these reasons:

(1) Pandemic has proven that "remote working" can be as effective as being on-site;

(2) CV is a Local not an Expat. So what? Well it counts for a lot IMO: he knows how *things work*, speaks the language and has close family history in MJ State. This is more than any Expat might bring;

(3) if we assume CV is visiting the company's ops on a quarterly basis - and I trust he is - then frankly, the CEO might make his home in Zanzibar for all I care. 

I do grant we need to be updated as to how the CEO intends to, and has been, managing the above. Were NPK to do so, quickly, the company will simply become like +80% of all the other juniors listed on the Index wrt CEOs and where they reside.
