RE:RE:RE:MVPIsara - not sure, but many companies refer to other companies they work with as a "partner", but no partnership (in the legal sense) actually exists, just a business relationship.
ie there is no written partnership agreement or business conducted by an actual partnership, whose partners, or owners who share in the profits etc, are 2 or more entities.
Hypothetical example, perhaps not a good one,, Telus could "partner" with BC government to deliver broadband to remote communities in BC, but this could just represent BC subsidizing Telus' costs. Telus would then add BC logo to their website.
