RE:RE:RE:MedImmune

RE:RE:RE:MedImmuneThanks, Tom, but don't take it all to the bank. The relationships, or maybe just the connections, are there, but until announcements are made, there can be no certainty.

Sometimes corporate executives are too cute by half. Sometimes they think they're the smartest people in the room. They can think that nobody can figure things out.

But, on the other hand, they can drop hints that are revelatory, sufficiently obscure that they think others won't get it, ot that somebody might "accidently" figure things out, but they really do want others to figure out how smart they are. People are complex and their motives are at least obscure, most often unknown.

This I know - intelligent people must never think they are more intelligent than anybody else. You gotta be smart enough to figure that out. For those who don't figure it out, it's the surest way to prove that they're nowhere near as smart as they think they are.

In the end, it's best to just keep on learning and thinking, and that may be a fitting benediction for us all.
