"no legislated timeline" Hmmm... I can understand if this was a person who is interested in building a sidewalk in his yard, but this is a multi-million/ billion dollar potential project which has much at stake, and is publicly traded with shareholders who invest in hope that the government will bargain in good faith.
Is "The Company has been advised that there is no legislated timeline for this decision." bargaining in good faith? Is this a brush off?
There must be a timeline, or this could be endless.... Or am I missing something?
