New Day #12Dear Friends
Just as a clarification, the typical voting at AGM is in around 80 million shares.
Monument Mining has an overwhelming number of shares that are dormant.
Many of these shares appear to be held in overseas accounts and shareholders do not receive or have the opportunity to vote, so we need to reach out and try to get them engaged.
With these votes, this would be a game changer.
In the last few weeks, it’s apparent that somebody has been shorting the stock and placing large sell orders but does not follow through to the bid price.
Interesting that in Frankfurt, a few hundred thousand shares a day are now trading.
That market was dormant in the past.
I would assume, somebody is buying or getting ready to buy us, and information is being withheld.
This lack of proper disclosure is an issue that impacts us shareholders and allows insiders to have preferential treatment.
Whatever is going on, it will soon become evident.
