Minto share price is $23 paying 2.1% divy
@ 2.1% divy return HOT.UN should be traded north of $10
BSR REIT share price US$16.5 paying 3% divy
@ 3% divy return HOT.UN should be traded north of $7.5
Morguard Reit share price 19.2 paying 3.6% divy
@ 3.5% divy return HOT.UN should be traded north of $6.5
@ 4% divy return HOT.UN should be traded north of $5.5
It is an offecial crime if SP didn't increase by at least $1 today. Otherwise HOT would be paying a Divy of ~5% when traded at $4.6 ... Good luck to all longs.
