RE:RE:RE:Distribution to be re-instated..a few quick points

Based on results and Divy, we all agree that SP will open higher. But, I think SP could go even higher after the Call...

HOT.UN is delivering their objectives - AHIP’s longterm objectives are to:  

(i) increase the value of its hotel properties through operating excellence, active asset management and investing in valueadded capital expenditures
(ii) expand its hotel portfolio through selective acquisitions on an accretive basis
(iii) Increase unitholder value and distributions to unitholders

Then there are no buyers afterwards to sustain the price and it inevitably falls back. My suggestion is if you want to add to your position wait until at least 11 AM est. Me, I am going to most like wait until sometime before Q2 '22 report is released, because i don't see this stock moving up much until then.
